Fantasy knows no limits. We are open for all ideas fitting the theme of the competition.

Plan
Quickly and easily get your ideas into shape with ELITECAD. Send us 1-3 images and the ELITECAD file of your model via a download link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, ...). Our jury will decide on the placements at the end of October 2021.

Conditions of participation
The organiser of this competition is the company XEOMETRIC GmbH, Hamoderstrasse 4, 4020 Linz.
By participating in the competition of the XEOMETRIC GmbH, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation and confirms that he/she has read and understood them.
All natural persons currently in education are eligible to participate, i.e. students as individuals or in groups. The minimum age is 14 years. Persons under the age of 18 (minors) require the consent of their legal representative to participate.
Furthermore, XEOMETRIC GmbH reserves the right to verify a participant's compliance with the conditions of participation. If the participant does not provide proof, XEOMETRIC GmbH can exclude him/her from the competition. In the case of an exclusion from the competition, the prizes can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
Employees of XEOMETRIC GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
The award consists of an ELITECAD one-day workshop and Amazon gift vouchers of different values.

The workshop takes place on a jointly determined day and location for the winner and up to 6 other people. The travel costs to the workshop will not be paid by XEOMETRIC GmbH.
Cash payment as well as transfer of the prize to other persons is not possible.

People can take part in the competition by using the form on the ELITECAD website. The project submitted in the competition has to be created with ELITECAD. The participation is possible without the purchase of XEOMETRIC products, for example with the free ELITECAD trial or study version.

The selection of the winning projects is closed to the public. Our jury team consists of selected employees of XEOMETRIC GmbH. The main focus is on the creative and professional implementation of the ELITECAD project.
The opportunity to submit the project ends on October 15th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
Incomplete or late submissions of the participants will not be considered.
The winner will be contacted by email or phone at the end of October 2021.
Afterwards, the winner has four weeks to specify the details of the handover of the prize and set the date for the workshop with XEOMETRIC GmbH. If this deadline is not met, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, XEOMETRIC GmbH reserves the right to determine a new winner.
If the provided contact details of the participant are incorrect, the organiser is not obliged to find out correct information. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details will be borne by the participant.
The name of the winner and the education information (institute name, semester/class, course name) may be mentioned and published in the case that his/her project reaches one of the first three places.

The winners grant XEOMETRIC GmbH the comprehensive right to use the graphics and the ELITECAD file and declare their consent for the publishing of the graphics in any manner, including for advertising purposes.
The participant confirms with his/her participation that his/her submission for the competition ( images, texts, drawings ) does not violate the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, manufacturer rights, rights of use and personal rights.
If other people than the participant are also involved in the creation or development of the participation project, the participant must obtain their consent to the submission and any subsequent publication before the participant submits the participation project.
The participant confirms with his/her participation that his/her submission for the competition ( images, texts, drawings ) does not violate the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, manufacturer rights, rights of use and personal rights.
If other people than the participant are also involved in the creation or development of the participation project, the participant must obtain their consent to the submission and any subsequent publication before the participant submits the participation project.
In the case of violation of the participation conditions or in the event of intentional or unintentional incorrect information regarding the conditions for participation, XEOMETRIC GmbH reserves the right to exclude such persons from the competition. In these cases, the awarded prize can also be revoked if necessary.
XEOMETRIC GmbH is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, in the event of faults in the technical systems and services, incorrect content, viruses, loss or deletion of data.
XEOMETRIC GmbH reserves the right to cancel or finish the competition at any time without notice, or to extend the competition. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which the proper execution of the competition is made difficult, influenced or impossible for technical or legal reasons.
XEOMETRIC GmbH reserves the right to change or complement these conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons, provided this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent misuse or for other reasons.
The judges' decision is final. A cash payment of the awarded prize is expressly excluded. A transfer of the awarded prize is not possible. XEOMETRIC GmbH assumes no liability for the loss of an awarded prize in any manner.
The Austrian law applies to the present conditions of participation. Should one of the present conditions be ineffective in whole or in part, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions will not be affected.
