Is that you?

Already during your technical education you noticed that you enjoy (3D) CAD planning and meanwhile you have already gained experience in at least one of these areas:
  • Architecture, civil engineering, building design, building construction, BIM
  • Plant design or machine construction, mechanical engineering, technical drawing
  • Other CAD planning activities in architecture & construction or mechanics & industry

You are passionate about your work and know exactly how to approach your tasks and what is possible. Simple, repetitive work as instructed is too boring for you. There's nothing worse than twiddling your thumbs until the day is done. You like to try new things and are not afraid to ask for help if you are reaching your limits. You are organised and always keep track of things, even with several projects.

You like sharing your knowledge and best practices externally with customers and partners as well as internally for our product development. You are happy if you can find the ideal solution together with (potential) customers. You combine economic thinking with customer- and solution-oriented work. You enjoy phone calls, personal appointments and web meetings in your everyday work. You are communicative and enjoy being with people, but you also like to spend time working on CAD projects until they meet your expectations. You are fluent in German in order to optimally convey project or product details and discuss technical information, tips & tricks with colleagues, partners and customers.

For the ELITECAD software range, we are looking for new colleagues in customer service, product presentation, training, project management and input providers for the further development of our software products. You hear sales among other things? Right, but different.

We don't do annoying cold calling and we don't want "customer bogging". We have excellent offers and products that convince. However, we need further experts for advice and support in order to deliver the right solution to each customer.

What you bring along

  • Technical education (university, technical school)
  • Professional experience in (3D) CAD planning in the field of
    • architecture, building construction/design, BIM or
    • machinery/plant construction, mechanical engineering

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken

What you will do

  • Provide technical advice to current & prospective customers
  • Handling product inquiries, holding product presentations
  • Creating CAD example projects
  • Participating in trade fairs and conferences
  • Participate in designing the products and new versions
  • Especially in the product area Mechanics & Industry:
    Analysis of customising requests together with our software development; project management upon commissioning

Depending on your interest and suitability also
  • Holding workshops, webinars, training courses, technical lectures at (specialist) events
  • Creation of raw material for educational and promotional video production

Medium-term option to take over the division management
